# What is a Project?

{% embed url="<https://youtu.be/OX3CpToxmcs?t=22>" %}

We think of a "Project" as a folder and the "Biolink" as a file inside the folder.

When you create biolink pages or shortened links, you could place them inside a project to better organize them and track stats.

Here is an example of a two projects with multiple biolinks inside them.

![Projects in EZBiolink](https://964357084-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-legacy-files/o/assets%2F-M55yBBOIKLPY_jxFVZ_%2F-M6X99QV953HUumWxCBE%2F-M6XAmzeOTSKCw_mKDFa%2FScreenshot_20200504-171355_Chrome.jpg?alt=media\&token=44a93e34-f567-44ba-aade-b76d94e7d13d)

As you can see, the total number of links and clicks is shown for each project. This total reflects the sum of all projects and links inside that particular project.
